HOURLY PARKING RATES:

$4.00 per Hour

or

$30 Max for 24 hours

(No overnight parking allowed above the 4^th floor November-May)

 $35 Lost Ticket Fee

Debit or Credit ONLY 

Pay for your parking by bringing your ticket to the Walk-Up Kiosk located by the 1^st. floor elevator before returning to your vehicle.

We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard.

 We do NOT accept American Express or Cash

Garage Height is Restricted to Vehicles 6’ 9” or less. 

NO Motorcycles, oversized Trucks, RVs, Snowplows or Trailers.

 Please back your vehicle into the parking space whenever possible to help facilitate mechanical assistance if necessary. Roadside assistance companies will be given free access in and out of the garage if you should require their services (see the attendant).

Remember to remove any bicycles, kayaks or other high-top roof carriers BEFORE attempting to enter the garage.

Please note: 

1. The Exit Gate MAY be open when you depart.  This is to assist our Local and Federal Law Enforcement services. Unless you are using a Valid Monthly Pass to exit, you MUST pay at the pre-pay kiosk located by the elevator on the ground floor (1^st floor), regardless of whether the gate is open or closed. Cameras are in use throughout the garage.
2. Please park only in designated spaces. Unless authorized, parking in Reserved Spaces may result in your vehicle being towed. All Reserved Spaces are clearly marked.
3. Please be mindful of parking in a single parking space between the lines.  Do not occupy more than one space or this may result in your vehicle being towed.
