Register for Training

Instructions - Please Read Carefully Before Registering for a Course

CCEMA offers course registration through Google Forms. As a general guideline, registration will open approximately 2 months before the dates of the training, unless earlier registration is required through an external agency. Receiving an automated notification from Google Forms that your responses have been submitted is your confirmation of registration. Unless otherwise noted (e.g., Basic Academy) this confirmation is your acceptance into the class. If the class is already full, you will be notified that you have been added to a waitlist and receive further instructions. 

One week before the course, you will be sent the materials and logistics for the course. If there are extenuating circumstances in which you require the materials and logistics earlier than one week before the course, contact the Training and Exercise Coordinator. 

Below you will find a list of currently open registration forms (updates 4/21/22). The registration form will display all of the updated, relevant details about the training. Additional information for each course can also be found in the archived T/E bulletins. If you have trouble accessing a form, contact the Training and Exercise Coordinator.

G-141: Instructional Presentation and Evaluation Skills (May 23rd-25th, 2022)
National Emergency Management Basic Academy (July, September, and October, 2022)
L1301: Continuity Planning (September 14th-15th, 2022)
MGT-906: ICS Train-The-Trainer* (November 7th-11th, 2022)

*MGT906 registration is not yet open, but a general interest form is available to fill out to receive updated information about the course as it gets closer.
