Making Copies of Records

The cost of making copies of records at the office of the Register of Deeds are as follows:

  • Copies - $1 per page
  • Plans - $5 per page

Copy Fees

  • Standard copies - $1 per page
  • Certified copies - $1 per page for plus $5 for the certification of the document

Recording Fees

All Land Documents

  • First page - $22
  • Each additional page - $2 per page
  • Names in excess of 4 to be indexed - $1 per name
  • Marginal references - $13 each after the first one

Plans

  • $24
