Meet the Staff

Michael Durkin comes to Cumberland County from Denver, Colorado, where he worked in Emergency Management for a wide range of disasters, both natural and manmade. Prior to this he was a wildland firefighter, EMT, and worked in international development. Michael focuses on the management of our staff, the grant management process, helping to develop and enhance our internship and public outreach programs, assisting the development and coordination of emergency plans and T&E activities, and working on the overall strategy of the agency.

Aaron focuses on the internal management of our staff.  He helps develop and enhance our internship and public outreach programs, assists in the development and coordination of emergency plans, training, and exercises, and he supports Director Durkin in the overall strategy of the agency.
